FAQ - eSIM for Travel
Is my phone compatible?
Your phone must support eSIM. This includes most recent models of iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and other brands.
See the list of compatible phones here.
👉 Check your phone settings for the option "Add eSIM" or "Add mobile plan". If it appears, your device is compatible.
What is roaming?
Roaming allows your phone to connect to the internet while you're abroad. You need to enable roaming for the eSIM to work.
Important: Turn on roaming only for the eSIM, and turn it off on your main SIM to avoid charges from your regular carrier.
Can I make phone calls or send SMS?
No, this eSIM only provides mobile data. Voice and SMS are not included.
You can use apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, FaceTime, Skype, or Telegram to make calls and send messages over the internet.
When and how do I install my eSIM?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code and installation instructions. You can install it before departure or upon arrival, as long as you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
Scan the QR code in your phone settings to add the eSIM line.
When does the eSIM validity start?
The validity starts either when you scan the QR code, or when your eSIM connects to the network in a supported country.
Please follow the instructions provided in the activation email.
Do I need to enable roaming?
Yes. Without roaming enabled, the eSIM won't connect.
- iPhone: Settings > Cellular > your eSIM > Data Roaming
- Android: Settings > Network > Mobile > Roaming
Can I share my internet connection?
Yes! Hotspot and data sharing are supported. You can use your eSIM data with other devices without any limits.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the digital and instant nature of eSIMs, we do not offer refunds after purchase.

Do you have a physical store?
No. Everything is 100% online. The eSIM is delivered instantly by email after your purchase.
